A minor geomagnetic storm was in progress when this image was taken near Bindloss Alberta at 11:56 pm CST on October 7th, 2018
The journey to this bridge began in Swift Current SK, driving north to Fox Valley and then westward over the Saskatchewan/Alberta border. There were some beautiful abandoned buildings I also took photographs on the way. Then into the badlands of Sandy Point where I photographed the geography in the light of sundown. Searching for foreground for the forecasted geomagnetic storm, my journey had me meandering the landscape off of highway 555 and I decided to give the Red Deer river a chance. Found this character bridge!
